Fri Up and the Sustainable Development Unit of the Canton of Fribourg are launching a campaign to raise awareness of sustainability among Fribourg companies.
To inspire the economy to choose the path of sustainability, Fri Up and the State of Fribourg are highlighting committed start-ups that offer ecological and/or ethical products and services, while striving to apply the principles of inclusion, ecology and ethics to themselves and their suppliers.
Three videos for three companies are planned for 2021. The first features Okapaï, a Fribourg-based start-up that produces natural straws that are edible (straws made from fruit marc) or compostable (straws made from organic straw).
