Fri Up's bots act as virtual guides. Their role? To assist entrepreneurs through the key stages of setting up a business by helping them structure their project and optimise the preparation of their business plan. By arriving with a clear plan, project leaders allow the expert coaches to focus their expertise on strategic direction, making their support more impactful. At present, coaches spend a large part of their initial time clarifying the basics of the project, such as the value proposition and customer targeting.

A structured and interconnected bot system

The solution is based on five interdependent bots, organised sequentially. Each bot analyses and reuses the data collected in the previous step, making it possible to structure the business plan consistently. It is then easy to identify key success factors and potential risks.
