Setting up your own business during your studies? At present, only 2.3% of students consider this possibility. That’s why the HES-SO Fribourg and Fri Up have joined forces to launch the Student Venture Program, a tailor-made support program designed to promote and support student entrepreneurship.
From the start of the 2020/2021 academic year, the Student Venture Program will enable students at Fribourg’s universities to benefit from personalized support in all phases of developing their entrepreneurial project alongside their studies. They will benefit from the expertise of professors and business creation coaches in fields such as business management, engineering, health and social work, as well as help in finding financing or building a team.
The program is supervised by lecturers from each university and members of the Fri Up team. The Student Venture Program will share some of its activities with the Innovation Lab Fribourg and the Innovation Club.
